  23. Sure there are faster chips but there are a few things left which are
  24. not done by todays GXF-chips like Copper.
  25. If you ask a game programmer, he`ll tell you what`s possible with an
  26. Amiga with 68020...and impossible with fast PCs.
  27. Even the sound is much better then the wanna be 16bit cards, ok, there are
  28. even good ones for PC and Amiga, but we are talking about default hardware
  29. in every machine. It`s a pitty...10 years after A1000...;-(

  31. The 68k used every 3rd buscyle and it was very nice to put additionl
  32. "prozessors" into the other 2 cyles...that`s why you can play
  33. Pinball on an 68k and not less than 486...a shame.

  36. That`s something what`s a useless base of discussion, IMO.
  37. Even if a disk is 3 times faster than very slow, it stays extremly slow.
  38. Most people don`t use diskettes this time...no longer interesting.
